By accessing or using Remember, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this product.
Remember is operated as a Toolsyte product. These terms govern your use of the Remember web application available at remember.toolsyte.com.
Description of Service
Remember is a personal reflection tool. It allows you to quietly acknowledge the people, places, and moments that still occupy your thoughts. Entries you create are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or held on any server operated by Toolsyte.
Remember is not a medical or mental-health service. It is not a substitute for professional support, therapy, counselling, or clinical intervention of any kind. If you are experiencing distress, grief, or any mental-health difficulty, please seek appropriate professional help.
Use of Service
You may use Remember for personal, non-commercial reflection purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the product.
- Use automated tools to access or interact with the service in a way that places undue load on our systems.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the product or its code without permission.
- Use the service on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
Your Responsibilities
Because Remember stores data in your browser rather than on a server, you are responsible for the security and privacy of that data. This includes:
- Keeping your device and browser secure.
- Exercising caution when using Remember on shared or public devices.
- Managing browser synchronisation settings if you do not want entries to sync across devices.
- Exporting and backing up your entries if you wish to preserve them.
- Clearing your data when you no longer wish to retain it on a device.
Your Data
All entries you create in Remember are stored solely in your browser's localStorage. We do not collect, process, or store your entry content on our servers. We have no access to the content of your reflections.
You retain full ownership of your entries. You can export them at any time from the Manage Data page and delete them individually or all at once.

Disclaimer
Remember is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We make no representations about the suitability of Remember for any purpose. The product is a personal reflection aid only and is not intended to provide psychological, therapeutic, medical, or any other professional guidance.
Remember is a private reflection tool and is not a substitute for professional mental-health support.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Toolsyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Remember, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of entries, or any harm resulting from relying on the product for personal or emotional support.
Because your data is stored in your own browser, Toolsyte has no ability to recover data lost through browser clearing, device loss, or storage failure. We accept no liability for data loss of this nature.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of Remember after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
